Held the LAST Sunday of every month by Dr. Shelly-Ann or invited guests, healing circles invite members to safely release in a psychologically safe group setting.

I created this mentorship for women called to lead.
If you’re here, you’re likely ambitious, capable, and carrying big vision—yet feeling unsupported or isolated as you grow into greater leadership. I know that tension well: the desire to take up space, paired with the fear of being “too much” and the worry that comes with not having champions or supporters behind you.
When I career transitioned from law to academia and then business I felt the weight that came with a changing leadership identity. I was called to lead and impact lives but I had no support, no mentors, no champions and no real strategy of how to make it work. Because of my lack of support I struggled with public judgment, I faced unexpected rivalry from counterparts and felt the exclusion that came from being excellent at something new which chipped at my confidence. Though it was 10 years of doing leadership alone and building a successful 7 figure company and leading a global movement it was so painful.
I became committed to not letting another woman walk her path to leadership alone. If you're feeling unsupported, overwhelmed or under-resourced I can help you rewrite that story.
I bring over 15+ years of academic and professional expertise to support women in leading bravely, leading with embodiment and integrating both strength and softness as they rise.
